Take yourself down any country road in the Blackwater region, and before long you will chance upon a workshop, a gallery, or even a quaint little tea shop, all keeping alive their respective arts and crafts traditions. The stunning surroundings here are renowned for their variety of scenery and ruggedness of landscape. It’s not surprising, then, that arts and crafts have flourished here, given that the countryside in this area provides the very natural resources and the inspiration needed to sustain these age-old skills.
